Registration Information

All participants must be current members of the APL and registered for the conference by April 30th, 2025.

Registration fees are as follows:

  • By registration deadline (above):

    • Professional: $250 USD

    • Student: $150 USD

  • Late registration (up to first day of conference):

    • Professional: $350 USD

    • Student: $250 USD

Membership fees are as follows:

  • Professional: $100 USD

  • Student: $75 USD

To purchase your membership and pay registration please click on the link to the left. Registration includes coffee and snacks between sessions. Lunch is not included.

Note: During registration you will also have the option to purchase a banquet ticket. Please note any dietary registration during payment. To ensure a seat at the banquet, you must purchase your ticket(s) by May 30th, 2025. Tickets cost $50 USD/person.


Conference Book Submission

As always, accepted participants are encouraged to submit an article-length version of their presentation to be considered for inclusion in a conference-themed volume of the APL’s Textures series. The volume will be edited by Tim Lanzendörfer and published by Rowman & Littlefield. To be considered for inclusion, please use the link on the left to send your submission (i.e., 6-8,000 words in Chicago NB Style) by the last day of the conference: Aug 22, 2025.
